West Ashley is flanked by the scenic waterfront vistas and marshes of the Stono, Ashley rivers and ancient moss oak trees it is the home of Middleton Plantation, Magnolia Gardens and Charlestown Landing. You will discover the Citadel Mall and many unique shopping areas to serve the surrounding neighborhoods.
Sullivan’s Island is our historic island east of Charleston. You still find homes with the wrap-around porches, tin roofs, and restored colony homes that the British troops occupied during the Revolutionary War. This island has retained its southern charm.
Isle of Palms the home of Wild Dunes Resort and Golf Course, was completely destroyed
during hurricane Hugo in 1989. However, the island prevailed, now you find homes of every description. Goose Creek has blossomed to a population of more than 30,000 people and is currently the largest town in Berkeley County. However in spite of this growth, Goose Creek is well-known for preserving its small-town feel.
