The Remodeling of a home in Fort Johnson Estates

Fort Johnson Estates is an older neighborhood, the lots are larger, has some wonderful large oak trees scattered through the neighborhood, however, don’t be mislead in thinking that because the homes look very traditional you will find outdated properties, many of the homes have been remodeled inside. below is my photo blog of one of the homes on Robert E Lee. From the outside it looks very traditional. However ones you go inside you will find it very different from your expectations. The three pictures at the very end of this photo blog is for you to see how it looked prior to remodeling. The screen porch brick was removed to add a sunroom with the see through fireplace,plus an additional bathroom and closet was added

It snowed in Charleston SC. last night February,13th 2010 first time since 1989 the year of Hugo. This snowman was built in West Ashley by some of my grandaughter friends.
